Here is how you make Bacon-Mushroom Breakfast Casserole:

Lightly spray bottom of 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly distribute hash browns in bottom of baking dish. Lightly salt, if desired.-----------------------------------------In a medium bowl, combine the Egg Beaters, milk, mushrooms, bacon bits* and spices. Mix well. Pour evenly over hash browns. (*I only use about 3/4 of package, but add more/less depending on your tastes.)
