How Do I Make Mexican Breakfast Casserole?

Here is how you make Mexican Breakfast Casserole:

Chop the bacon into 1/2" pieces. Pan fry until cooked.While the bacon is cooking, in a medium bowl mix potatoes, can of tomatoes, include juice in can, half the bag of cheese, and Mrs. Dash Seasoning. When bacon is cooked, mix into potato and tomato mixture.Spray pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Spread potato mixture into bottom of pan.Mix egg whites, egg substitute and Half & Half together and pour over potato mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
