Here is how you make everything casserole:

combine sausage beef, onions, garlic and all the seasonings except the old bay, cook until almost done,(don't drain grease) add bell peppers and mushrooms cook until done. remove from heat and use a slotted spoon to scoop into a casserole dish. cut kielbasa into slices and then halves, cook kielbasa in the leftover grease when it starts to brown add shrimp (I cut my shrimp in half) add the old bay and cook until the shrimp turns to a translucent pink. use slotted spoon to add to the sausage mixture (you might want to put it in a strainer first so you remove all the grease). in a small bowl microwave the cream cheese for 30 sec to soften. add whipping cream and whip until smooth, mix in parm cheese pour over mixture and mix until everything is covered. sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and cook in the oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and slightly browned. enjoy Serving Size: 9 servings about 1 cup eachNumber of Servings: 9Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DOLPHINZ68.
