Here is how you make Lighter Cheeseburger Casserole:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 glass pan with Pam. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Fill pot with macaroni, cover with water, and cook until al dente. Add ground meat to onions and garlic and cook thoroughly. When cooked, add tomatoes, tomato paste, and mustard. Heat through. When pasta is cooked, combine with meat mixture an pour into pan. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 20-25 min.
