Here is how you make Dutch Oven Casserole:

Brown ground beef on medium high in a 4qt or larger dutch oven. Mince onion and add to beef while it's cooking. Slice potatoes thinly. Once the beef is browned, add potatoes, sweet pepper sauce, and seasonings; stir and cover. Cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5-10 minutes.
