1 can kidney beans, drained

Here is how you make Easy Frito Casserole:

Brown ground beef, drain.Add enchilada sauce and kidney beans and simmer on medium heat 5 to 10 minutes. (the longer it simmers, the more it reduces and the thicker the sauce.)Layer about 3/4 of the package of Fritos in a deep casserole dish. Next layer all of the beef mixture. Sprinkle with about 1 1/2 cups cheese.
