Here is how you make Easy Mexican Cornbread Casserole:

Brown ground beef, adding raw vegetables to soften, remove fat. Add taco seasoning, following package directions. Mix in canned tomatoes, green chilis, olives, corn and black beans. Spread mixture in bottom of large pan or casserole dish. Mix cornbread according to package directions. Place in spoonfuls over the top of the meat mixture.
