1 cup tomato sauce
1.5 cup sliced onions
1 can spinach
.5 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
.5 cup fat free shredded mozzerella cheese
.5 cup 2% shredded mexican blend cheese

Here is how you make Lower Fat Deep Dish Casserole:

spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. spread pizza crust in pan and about 1/2 way up the sides of pan.preheat oven to 400.spray 1 non stick pan lightly with cooking spray and add onion, saute about 4 minutes add mushrooms and spinach cook until hot. 3-5 more minutes. brown turkey in another non stick pan adding minced garlic and italian seasoning as the meat cooks. cook completely. Add the diced tomatos and tomato sauce stir well and heat completely. mix the onion mixture into the meat and spread evenly on the pizza crust. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheeses evenly over meat and return to over for 5 more minutes until completely melted.
