Here is how you make Hamburger and Hashbrown Casserole:

Mix RAW hamburger, crushed saltines, and cream of onion soup together, then cook in skillet until browned all the way through. Press into 13x9 pan (I use a glass pan). Top with entire package of shredded hashbrowns. Mix cream of potato soup, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup water in a bowl and then pour over hashbrowns. If there are any "dry" spots, add some more water to those areas. Cook at 400 degrees for 35 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
