Garlic powder, to taste

1 can rotel tomato w diced green chilis, drained

Here is how you make My Mexican Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350. While oven is heating, use a large skillet to brown meat on stove. Add onion bits, garlic powder, 1/2 can rotel, and tomato paste to the meat. Cook the meat mixture over low heat for about 10 minutes. In another bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese and other 1/2 can of rotel. Combine meat with sour cream mixture. Add ? the cheddar cheese and mix lightly. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish and cover with remaining cheddar cheese.
