3 cups egg noodles (measured dry- I used Ronzoni Smart Taste when calculating the recipe)
1 1/2 lbs of extra lean ground beef
1 cup skim milk
1 cup light sour cream (I used Daisy brand)
2 tsp dried parsley
2x 10.75 oz cans of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1/4 cup bread crumbs


How Do I Make Meaty Noodle Casserole?

Here is how you make Meaty Noodle Casserole:

Cook noodles in a large pot, following package instructions. When finished, drain.While noodles are cooking, brown beef. Drain fat.In a bowl or the pot used to cook the noodles, combine soup, milk, and sour cream. Stir in peas/carrots and parsley.Stir in noodles and beef. Lightly coat a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray (not included in nutrition calculation)Transfer the casserole contents into the casserole dish.Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.Serving Size:?Serves 8
