Here is how you make Pigs in the Blanket Casserole:

In large skillet, saute ground beef and onion, drain fat and stir in uncooked rice. Remove from heat. Cut cabbage in small wedges and put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Pour ground beef and rice mixture over cabbage. Combine both cans of tomato sauce with water, mix well and pour over top of ground beef mixture, making sure to pour along all edges.
