Meanwhile conbine milk, egg, and oil; add flour and whisk just until combined.Pour meat mixture into (2) 3-cup baking dishes coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Pour flour mixture over top. Sprinkle with parmesan.
