How Do I Make Zucchini Pizza Casserole?

Here is how you make Zucchini Pizza Casserole:

Cook, drain and rinse meat. Shred zucchini and blot dry with a paper towel. (If not done, it will make the casserole "runny" and take longer to cook.) Drain tomatoes. Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mixture in baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
