1 lb sweet potato peeled, cubed (3 c.)
1/4 c honey
1/4 c lime juice

Here is how you make Jerk Pork Casserole:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 qt casserole dish w/cooking spray. In small bowl, mix pumpkin pie spice, allspice, thyme, salt, & red pepper. Rub mixture on pork (all sides). In skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Cook pork 2-3 minutes per side, until brown. In baking dish, layer beans & sweet potato cubes. Top with browned pork, In small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, & cornstarch; add to skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over pork in baking dish.
