Place pork and cornflour into a 3lt-casserole dish (with a lid) and stir until pork is coated with cornflour. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Put casserole (lid on) into an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees and cook for one hour.To make dumplings, mix oil into flour, mix in parsley and enough water to make a soft dough. Knead into a ball, divide into 12 pieces and shape into dumplings. Add dumplings to casserole, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes. Gently turn dumplings and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve.
