In a large sauce pan, bring 3-4 cups of water, potatoes, carrots and celery to a boil (be sure there is enough water to cover the vegetables). Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. 2. In a large skillet, saute the ham, green (or red) peppers, and onion in 2 tablespoons of Brummel and Brown spread until vegetables are tender. Add to the potato mixture.
