Our house is full of teenagers & for a family of 8 that's a lot of tummies to fill :) My objectives are always something that can be prepped & cooked fairly quickly, maintain healthy factors, taste yummy & be hearty enough to fill even the bottomless of bellies.I also have to take into consideration who likes this, who won't even touch that & the food allergies that affect a meal plan. This recipe is versatile (use ground turkey instead, add more veggies or spices, uses shredded potatoes instead of sliced, use Swiss instead of cheddar, etc) it feeds a lot and 1 serving filled up everyone!Make it your own & enjoy :) How Long Does Hearty Meat and Potato Casserole Recipe Take To Prepare?Hearty Meat and Potato Casserole takes 10 minutes to prepare.
