2 lbs pre-cooked Ham (about 1 cup diced)
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 T Catalina Dressing
1 t salt


How Do I Make Ham and Quinoa Casserole?

Here is how you make Ham and Quinoa Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350.Start by preparing the Quinoa: Boil 3 cups water and then add the 1 cup dry Quinoa. Reduce heat to low and cook until almost all the water has been absorbed. While that is cooking, chop the onion, green pepper, and garlic. As soon as the Quinoa is done, increase heat to medium and add in the onion, green pepper and garlic and let cook for approximately 5 minutes. Dice the ham and put in a casserole dish. Add the Quinoa mixture to the ham. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and Catalina dressing. Once mixed well, add to the Quinoa/ham mixture. Add a little salt to taste.
