2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsn wholeseed mustard
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup hot water
1 cup beef stock cube
1 Tbsp cornflour
1 Tbsp water
Salt & Pepper to taste.


How Do I Make Sausage and Mustard Casserole?

Here is how you make Sausage and Mustard Casserole:

Cut sausages into thirds. Peel onion and finely chop. Heat oil in saucepan and saute onion for 3-5 minutes. Brown sausages. Add brown sugar, mustard, red wine vinegar, hot water and crumbles stock cube. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until sausages are cooked. Mix cornflour and water together then add to saucepan.
