Here is how you make Grandmother's Casserole:

Brown ground beef and prepare mashed potatoes. In a casserole dish, combine cooked ground beef, drained carrots, drained green beans, and soups. Mix well. Spread prepared mashed potatoes over the ground beef/veggie mixture. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30-45 minutes, until cheese is melted and browning on top, and soups are bubbling against edges of casserole dish.Of course, ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. If you use frozen vegetables instead of canned, they will require longer cooking time unless you allow them to thaw ahead of time.
