Here is how you make Tortilla Casserole:

Wilt spinach in microwave with 1 Tbsp. water for 2 minutes on high.Brown beef in canola oil in skillet. Add spices, chilies, salsa and spinach. Cook at med heat until liquid is absorbed. Cut tortillas in quarters, and brush with canola oil then place in 9x13 pan, covering the bottom. Cover with layer of beef mixture, yogurt, then the cheese. Add second layer of tortillas and cover with remaining beef mixture.
