1 can cream of mushroom soup

Here is how you make Babci's zucchini casserole:

Mix tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, spices and garlic. Layer tomato mixture, zucchini, onions and ground beef in a casserole dish. Spread grated cheese on top of the casserole. Cover and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until zucchini is tender. If this is soupy take the cover off for the last half hour of cooking. This recipe works well in a crock pot.
