Saute sliced onion in olive oil, when slightly browned, add sliced cauliflower. Cook 2 minutes, add seeds and then add 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Cover, cook 10 minutes. Next start pork chops in separate skillet. Salt and pepper pork chops. When chops are done, add vinegar and mustard to onions/cauliflower and stir. Plate pork chops and veggies on the side.
