It also freezes WONDERFULLY and my friends and I often make them for our freezer cooking nights. Just freeze before baking. When you are ready to eat them, thaw overnight and bake as directed!

1 Lg. Egg
3/4 cup milk
1 (4oz) cup grated cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
3/4 c quick cooking oats
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
2/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 & 1/2 tsp mustard


How Do I Make Cheddar Meatloaves?

Here is how you make Cheddar Meatloaves:

In a large bowl, wisk egg and milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion, carrots and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 loaves. Place in a 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine ketchop, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over loaves and freeze. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
