Fry bacon on high until it is crunchy, removing individual slices to the paper towel as they finish. Turn off the pan but put in the ICBINB, so it melts. Break up one of the cheese slices and cover the bacon. When the eggs look almost dry, use a spatula to flip the side you didn't put the bacon and cheese on over the side you did put them on. Put the rest of the bacon and cheese on top, like you did in the middle, toss several drops of water on the the bare side of the pan, cover, and turn off the heat. The steam from the water melt the cheese and completes the cooking. Add salt and pepper to your individual taste and serve on a large plate . I usually add toast or an English muffin.
