Heat oil in small to medium saute pan. Meanwhile beat eggs in a small bowl with garlic powder. Add to pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. When eggs are almost set, sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on half of omelet, fold in half. Turn heat to high. Brown one side to your liking, then flip and brown the other side.
