4Tbs Light butter
1tsp Garlic Salt

4 c. cooked whole wheat Macaroni
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

In a large skillet heat oil, add onion and saute 2 minuets,add beef cook and stir till beef is done add flour cook and stir 1 minuet add milk, butter and spices. Cook and stir till thick and creamy. Fold in macaroni and transfer to a casserole dish. top with cheese bacon and bread crumbs.
