2 cups cubed zucchini
2 cups cubed yellow squash
1 medium onion diced
1/2 cup diced fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp marjorum
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Can Cambell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs


How Do I Make Zucchini Cheese Bake?

Here is how you make Zucchini Cheese Bake:

Lightly spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a deep skillet, brown ground beef, drain, rinse and pat dry. In same skillet saute onion in some cooking spray. Add squash/zucchini, mushroom and spices and saute until soft. Mix ground beef, vegetables, soup and 1/2 cup of the cheese and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese on top of casserole. (I spritz the top with some spray butter).
