Here is how you make Dad's Baked Macaroni and Cheese:

Boil pasta as directed on package When done, drain and return to pot. Mix in diced Kielbasa Sausage and one can of diced or stewed tomatoes. Add half of your cheddar cheese, salt and pepper as desired. Mix well - transfer to cake pan or casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and Mozzarella if desired. (Sometimes, if I have it, I like to sprinkle some feta cheese on top for an added kick!) Bake at 350 for around 30 - 40 minutes (basically until cheese on top is golden brown and a little crispy.
