Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a skillet, combine the ground beef, onion, green pepper, mushroom, garlic, and black pepper. Cook until ground beef is cooked through; stir in spaghetti sauce. Set aside.Cook spaghetti according to directions on packet. Drain and place cooked spaghetti in bowl. Add cream cheese and Italian seasoning.
