Here is how you make Ham and Cheese Puff:

Toss cubed bread, ham, and cheese and put into a 13x9x2" baking dish. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender; transfer to bowl. Add eggs, milk and mustard to onion; mix well. Pour over the bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
