Dice ham and onion. Place in a saute pan over medium heat. Heat meat thoroughly. Scramble eggs and gently pour over meat & onion.Pressing the omelette flat with each pull and pulling from the outside edge of pan to the center gently pull egg/meat with a spatula/turner until almost all of the egg is cooked. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese over one half of the omelette. Flip the other side over the cheese and place on a microwave safe plate.
