1 cup 1% Milk
2 tbsp flour
8 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese
1 ? cups of 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 cup sliced Red Onion
3 oz Proscuitto
1 Roma Tomato, diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil

1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions omitting the fat and salt. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan. Add shallots and garlic, cook until soft. Add milk and cheese wedges. Simmer until cheese is melted. Add flour and whisk until a thick sauce forms. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheddar. Stir sauce until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.3. Mix the noodles, thyme and cheese sauce together. Spray a 9x13? pan with cooking spray. Put the pasta in the pan and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for thirty minutes, or until cheese is lightly brown. 4.
