1 cup chopped green onions (about 1 small bunch)
8 oz. Andouille sausage
10 oz. whole wheat pasta

Here is how you make Smoked Gouda, Andouille, and Green Onion Macaroni and Cheese:

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.In a small saucepan, add butter and heat to medium-low. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes, whisking regularly. Slowly whisk in milk and turn heat to medium-high. Bring to a simmer and whisk regularly. Simmer 2 minutes or until starting to thicken.
