1- 5 oz. bag Hormel Pepperoni Minis
2 tbsp. ground Oregano
2 tbsp. ground or flaked Basil
2 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped


How Do I Make Pepperoni and Cheese Manicottis?

Here is how you make Pepperoni and Cheese Manicottis:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Parboil manicotti pasta. While this is boiling, in a bowl, mix crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Season with oregano, basil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 bag mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni minis. Cover bottom of large baking pan, or several 9x13 baking pans with just enough of tomato mixture to coat bottom. Place cheese mixture in an icing tube or Ziploc bag, (if in a Ziploc bag, cut one corner of bottom to squeeze out cheese). Squeeze cheese mixture into the manicotti pasta tubes and place them in a row in baking pan(s). Spread remaining tomato mixture over pasta. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle second bag of mozzarella cheese over top. Bake additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
