Gently stir with wooden or plastic spoon. Let yeast mixture sit until it rises and approximately doubles in size (5-10 minutes). In a separate bowl mix flour and salt. Add yeast liquid to flour and mix well (I mix mine in the bread machine). Let dough rise until it doubles itself in size. Hit down. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and pat out dough into it.
