1/2 cup Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare pasta according to package directions. While pasta boils, whisk together milk, cream cheese, sour cream and flour in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat. Continue whisking until smooth.Leave the sauce on the heat, whisking occasionally. In a medium frying pan, heat the pancetta over medium-high heat until just starts to caramelize. Carefully add frozen peas and toss together and until peas heated through. Reduce heat to low. When pasta is finished, drain thoroughly. Then add pasta to pancetta and peas. Pour sauce over pasta and fold to blend.
