For the sauce:Place the Tomatoes, Peppers, Carrots, 3 Cloves of Garlic, Basil Leaves, Pesto and Sugar in a food Processor and blend as finely as you prefer. (I make this almost smooth). Simmer this sauce on the stove for about 20 minutesFor the Bolognaise:Saute the chopped onions, 2 cloves of garlic and mushrooms first, then add the Beef Mince and fry until nicely browned. Add seasonings. Add the above sauce, ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese.
