1 1/4 pound Italian Sausage

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta till firm to the bite, stiring occationally, about 8-9 minutes, drain and reserve 2 cups of water.Meanwhile in a deep skillet heat oil and garlic over medium-high heat and add the sausage breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
