How Do I Make Mom's Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Mom's Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350degreesF, and spray a glass or metal loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and eggs; mix with your hands until mushy. Add the breadcrumbs, and a dash of salt and pepper. You can add any other seasonings you like, too! When it's all mixed, place it in the loaf pan; bake it for about 45 minutes, or until the meat is almost totally cooked. Now's a good time to wash up, hands and bowl. Remove from the oven, and make a cut lengthwise down the middle of the loaf. Be careful not to cut all the way through; it doesn't hurt the loaf, but it makes clean-up a bit tougher later on. Now, stuff the cut with cheese, until it's a little over-stuffed. If there's any cheese left, just sprinkle it on top. Place the loaf back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes; just long enough for the cheese to melt thoroughly. Remove from oven, slice up, and enjoy!
