Here is how you make Chicken Enchilada Casserole:

Preheat oven to 400 degreesBrown the chicken in a skillet, once browned shred the chicken. Chop the onion finely. Spray the bottom of a casserole dish with non stick spray. Pour some enchilada sauce on the bottom. Layer several tortillas to cover the bottom - but don’t overlap too much. Cover with Chicken, sprinkle with cheese, onion and enchilada sauce. Repeat 3 or 4 times until you have almost filled the casserole dish. The last layer should be tortillas and cover with enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil.
