Mix the mustard, garlic powder and flour in a shallow bowl and coat pork chops with this mixture. Brown the coated pork chops on both sides in the olive oil in a large skillet. Place browned pork chops into your crock pot. Add undiluted can of low sodium chicken and rice soup and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
