Preheat grill to medium high heatMix chicken with first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, toss well to coat.Let stand at room temp 20 minutes.To prepare sauce, combine yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt (IF DESIRED), stirring with a whiskKebab style:Place 2 chicken strips on each of 8 skewers, place kebabs on a grill rach coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until done.Stove method:Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and saute or stir fry style until done.Carefully open up pita so you have 2 halves. Top each with 1/4 cup lettuce, 2 tomato slices, then 4 chicken pieces. Add sliced onion if desired.
