Here is how you make Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya:

Saute chicken in olive until golden brown on both sides then set aside. Place onion and bell pepper in skillet (leave chicken droppings) and saute. When it becomes almost transluscent, set aside. In a large pot, combine, sauteed vegetables, chicken, sausage, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes and rice. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to medium low. DO NOT uncover the pot for 20 minutes.
