How Do I Make Chile Mac?

Here is how you make Chile Mac:

Brown beef, chop beef with metal spatula while it's cooking so it's not as chucky. After ground beef is cooked put it in a screened strainer and put on a dish or in bowl with multiple layers of paper towels (will have to be changed a few times) under it. Let it sit until paper towels have very little to no grease is on them. This removes some of the fat from the beef, making it a litte healthier. While the fat is draining from the beef, open the 6 ounce can of tomato pasta and put in a 2 - 3 quart pot and add 3 cans of water to it, mix well with a whisk.Don't forget to check the paper towels under the beef frequently and change as needed.Next dice onions and add to the tomato paste with water added also while beef is draining. When paper towels have little or no grease on them, add the beef to the tomato paste with the water added.Add the onions, garlic, hot sauce & salt to the tomato paste and water.Turn the burner on low (simmer) under the pot.Let it come to a boil on low (simmer) and continue to simmer for about half an hour. Use a lid to cover the pot, tomato sauce splatters when it boils. Now add the pasta to the beef and sauce mixture.Add water to the pot after adding the pasta, it should be about as watery as when you first added the beef. The pasta will absorb the excess water while it is cooking.Stir frequently so the pasta doesn't stay on the bottom of the pot and burn.Simmer until the pasta is cooked to al dente (about 15 minutes). Taste a piece of the pasta for doneness.Spoon out into seperate serving bowls.Cover the top of the chile mac with shredded chedder cheese, microwave for about 30 -60 seconds or until the cheese is melted.Serve and enjoy.Add a buttered roll and a salad to make it a complete nutritious meal.Serving Size:?4
