Stir in undrained tomatoes, drained butter beans or lima beans, tomato sauce, chopped chili peppers, chili powder, sugar, basil, allspice, black pepper and red pepper. Bring mixture to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. If desired, serve with topping suggested below.
