Here is how you make Roger's Final Chili Recipe:

1. Cook ground beef and sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is evenly browned and crumbly. Drain and discard grease.2. Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat. When hot, add onion, green pepper, jalapeno and garlic. Cook and stir until onion has softened, about 5 minutes.3. Stir drained meat into onion mixture along with beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste, beer and water. Sprinkle with cornmeal, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, brown sugar and cocoa. Stir.4. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.5.
