Place crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and beans into a large crock pot set to high heat. Add the Ancho chile powder, chili powder, ground Cayenne pepper, ground oregano and garlic powder to the tomato and bean mixture and stir until integrated. Let warm while meat and peppers are prepared.Seed and dice the Jalapeno, Habanero, Ancho, Chipolte, Arbol chiles and place them into a large work bowl. Finely dice the medium onion and place into the work bowl with the peppers. Set work bowl aside and prepare the meat.Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and start to brown the meat. Work in batches of about one pound. Cook each batch of meat for about five minutes. Drain each batch of meat, leaving some juice in the skillet to cook the next batch, and place into the crock pot.Once all of the meat has been cooked, clean your skillet and return it to medium high heat with the other 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. After the oil warms, place the peppers and onions into the skillet with 1/2 bottle of beer and reduce. Cook for five to seven minutes, or until the onions become translucent.Transfer the onion and pepper mixture to a food processor and pulse until smooth.Integrate the onion and pepper puree into the tomato/bean/meat mixture in the crock pot. Add two tsp of salt and check for taste.
