This is by far my favorite chili. These are the quantities I use to make a double batch. Any leftovers you may have are great in enchiladas. Recipe also freezes well. Make sure you use the McCormick mix. The generic brands don't taste quite right.Serve with chopped onions, shredded cheddar and tortilla chips for a delicious treat!
